Registration 2014

Registration for BritGrad 2014 now live!

Please fill out this form and send a cheque or bank draft* to the contact details below, or email britgrad.conference@gmail.com to request details for our NEW online payment system (see below).

If you plan to give a paper, please e-mail an electronic version of your 200 word abstract to britgrad.conference@gmail.com.

Delegates must register by Thursday 25 April.
Auditors must register by Thursday 23 May.

The cost of this year’s conference is £55 for all three days, or £20 per day.

Concessions:

Shakespeare Institute student: £45 for all three days or £15 per day.

Shakespeare Institute Alumni: £50 for all three days or £17.50 per day.

UoB College of Arts and Law undergraduate student: £50 for all three days or £17.50 per day.

The late registration fee is £70 for all three days or £25 per day. Concessions do not apply.

We are pleased to offer delegates tickets for two Royal Shakespeare Company performances, each for £12.50:

Henry IV, Part II, Wed, 4 June, 7:15 pm @ Royal Shakespeare Theatre (starring Antony Sher as Falstaff)

The Roaring Girl (Middleton and Dekker), Thursday, 5 June, 7:30 pm @ Swan Theatre (a highlight of the company’s ‘Roaring Girls’ season, emphasising Jacobean plays with large female roles)

You may choose one (add £12.50 to your cheque or electronic transfer) or both (add £25). Tickets will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis. A wheelchair and a companion ticket are available at each performance.

IMPORTANT: For the purposes of printing the Abstracts for BritGrad delegate packs and to publicise your paper, the BritGrad committee may contact you with editorial suggestions to ensure your work adheres to the BritGrad Conference academic policy and to make your Abstract as clear and engaging as possible for a potential audience.

 

Refund Policy

If circumstances should arise in which you must withdraw your registration from the conference, until 9 May – 50% of your conference fees will be refunded.

Late fees

Late registration may be possible with an increased fee. For all three days – £70, late fee for a single day – £25 Cash accepted at the door. Sorry, we cannot accept bank or credit cards.
