Registration for BritGrad 2016 is now live!
Please fill out the electronic form and send a cheque or bank draft* to the contact details below, or email firstname.lastname@example.org to request details for our online payment system (see below).
Our 21 March deadline for abstract submission has now passed, so we are unfortunately unable to accept new abstracts for consideration at this year’s conference. However we encourage you to register to attend BritGrad as an auditor, and, if you are interested in presenting a paper at next year’s conference, look for an abstract submission post from the BritGrad committee in early 2017.
Delegates (those presenting papers) must register by Thursday 21 April 2016.
Auditors (those attending, but not presenting) must register by Thursday 19 May 2016.
Undergraduate students in their final two years are welcome to register to attend as auditors – concession pricing will apply for undergraduate students at the University of Birmingham if registration is completed before 19 May.
The cost of this year’s conference is £57 for all three days, or £22 per day.
- Shakespeare Institute student/UoB College of Arts and Law Student: £47 for all three days or £17 per day.
- Shakespeare Institute Alumni/UoB Alumni: £52 for all three days or £19 per day.
The late registration fee is £72 for all three days or £27 per day. Concessions do not apply.

If you would like to attend, please add £16 to your cheque or electronic transfer. Tickets will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis.
To pay electronically (via bank transfer), please e-mail email@example.com to request details. Write: “Treasurer – Online Payment” in subject field.
If you are an international delegate or auditor, the BritGrad Committee suggests using a service like TransferWise to complete a bank transfer so as to avoid foreign transaction fees.

If circumstances should arise wherein you must withdraw your registration from the conference, until 12 May – 50% of your conference fees will be refunded.
Late registration may be possible with an increased fee. For all three days – £72, late fee for a single day – £27. Cash accepted at the door. Unfortunately we cannot accept bank or credit cards.
