The Deadline for Registration is 21st April 2017 for Delegates, 19th May 2017 for Auditors.

We are still welcoming Abstracts ! The Deadline for these is 21st March 2017 and we will respond at the start of April prior to the Registration deadline.

(Undergraduate students in their final two years are welcome to register to attend as auditors – concession pricing will apply for undergraduate students at the University of Birmingham if registration is completed before 19 May.)

Fees:

  • Shakespeare Institute student/University of Birmingham Student: £45 for all three days or £15 per day.
  • Shakespeare Institute Alumni/UoB Alumni: £50 for all three days or £17.50 per day.
  • Non-Shakespeare Institute student/ University of Birmingham Student: £55 for all three days or £20 per day.

The late registration fee is £70 for all three days or £25 per day.

We are pleased to offer delegates a ticket for the Royal Shakespeare Company’s performance of Julius Caesar for £12.50:

If you would like to attend on Thursday 1st June 7:15pm, please add £12.50 to your cheque or electronic transfer. Tickets will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis. 

Online Registration Form:

To pay electronically (via bank transfer), please e-mail britgrad.conference@gmail.com to request details. Write: “Treasurer – Online Payment” in subject field.

If you are an international delegate or auditor, the BritGrad Committee suggests using a service like TransferWise to complete a bank transfer so as to avoid foreign transaction fees.

Refund Policy

If circumstances should arise wherein you must withdraw your registration from the conference, until 12 May – 50% of your conference fees will be refunded.

Late fees

Late registration may be possible with an increased fee. For all three days – £70, late fee for a single day – £25. Cash accepted at the door. Unfortunately we cannot accept bank or credit cards.
